Many of us trainers either have school or work, so playing at night just seems to go hand to hand. Have you noticed a decrease in Pokemon spawning at night?
Reddit user innercityyouf has, at least for known nests. I would have to agree with him, though. I live on a Pikachu nest, most of them only spawn during the day. Some nights I can even go without seeing a single Pikachu.
In Pokemon Gold and Silver, generation 2. There were Pokemon that would spawn more or less often with the given time. Could we be seeing this in the game already? It would make sense. Zubats are fairly rare around my rural home. At night, however, it seems like there is always at least a Zubat ready to be ignored.
