Fairy Tail ended its second season back on March 26, 2016. It’s been well over two years since we’ve seen an episode of the show, and without a doubt, we’ve missed it. Fairy Tail is widely considered to be one of the top Shounen series out there, and the end of the TV anime certainly did leave a bad taste in our mouths. Hiro Mashima’s manga ended back in 2017, and so the story of Fairy Tail is complete now.

He has some then started a completely new manga, called Eden’s Zero which is quite nice and I suggest you go check it out as well. As far as Fairy Tail anime goes, we’ll be getting it back on TV later this month. That’s right! It’s time to be excited because Fairy Tail TV anime is back and will be adapting all the remaining content from the manga.

Fairy Tail 2018 Release Date

The release date of the show is set going to October 6, 2018. We just have to wait a little longer now. A-1 pictures have confirmed that the anime will be covering the final major arc of the manga, and fans cannot wait to watch it. I know Fairy Tail hasn’t been a favorite of a lot of people, and it gets a lot of stick, but I enjoyed the show, and I’m going to be hyped for its return.

I’m sure many of you feel the same way. It’s been so long since we’ve seen Natsu squad, that I can barely contain my excitement anymore. Knowing that this will be the last time we’ll be seeing them, I know a lot of you are disappointed as well, but let’s just look past that and enjoy the show while it lasts.

I expect Fairy Tail’s final season to last quite a while. A-1 Pictures does a good job when it comes to adaptation and animation. They have had so much time on their hands, that my expectations are sky-high at this point. Crunchyroll recently confirmed that they would be streaming Fairy Tail 2018, and I’m sure you can catch it on Funimation as well. Just a few more days to go, guys!
