Anime has come a long way in the past decade. During our childhood, we have seen a glimpse of a few unevenly aired episodes of Dragon Ball and Naruto on Cartoon Network. Along with that, we used to watch Doraemon, Shin-Chan, Perman, and Ninja Hatori on other kid’s television channels as well. In the past few years, anime was finally recognized and appreciated worldwide. Moreover, conventions were held to bring like-minded people together and share their own thoughts, and show their creative side. The anime fandom is absolutely crazy. We weebs would absolutely love to know our favorite character’s birthday. In this article, we will be discussing October anime birthdays. Along with that, we would also be looking at some facts or information about the character itself.
October, the tenth month of the year. Those people who are born in October have a Libra zodiac sign if they are born before October 22. And those born after 22 bare Sagittarius sign. Zodiac signs have no real connection to these characters as all of them differ in personality. There are many anime characters born in the month of October, and you cannot expect me to list thousands of characters literally. So, this list would definitely belong but not so long that I literally take up the whole of the internet. Now, without any further unnecessary explanations, let’s look at the October anime birthdays.
Kuroka (High School DXD)
We are starting off this list with a steamy character from a steamy anime. Kuroka from High School DXD. She is a Nekomata and the older sister of Koneko Toujou. After killing her former master, she became a SS-Class Stray Devil. The reason behind killing her master was to protect her sister from getting turned into a super devil. She then later became a member of the Vali Team. Kuroka is a expert at Senjutsu and Youjutsu. Her birthday is on October 1 so let’s just wish her in advance.
Jugo (Naruto)
Who does not remember this lovingly insane guy? Just like Kuroka, Jugo was also born on October 1. He was first introduced in Naruto Shippuden when Sasuke turned to him for joining his own created group called Taka. Now, why did I say earlier “lovingly insane”? Those who watched Naruto know that one of Jugo’s abilities is to communicate with the animals. He can use sage jutsu too. One drawback, though is that when he gets angry, he losses his calm, rational persona and goes berserk. He can modify his body and can get extremely powerful.
Sora Kazesawa (Aikatsu!)
Sora Kazesawa is one of the main characters in Aikatsu! anime. She was born on October 2. Sora was first introduced in the second season of the anime who represents the Dream Academy along with Seira and Ki. She is a model and an idol who is currently taking a designer course. Moreover, she did also create her own card brand set, Bohemian Sky, with the help of Tiara Yumesaki.

Kalgara (One Piece)
Kalgara celebrates his birthday on October 4. He was the hero of the Shandia tribe who lived on Jaya. His story starts with a dying priest telling him that to stop the curse of their land. They must sacrifice the most beautiful girl. The same happens to be his daughter, Mousse. After hearing this, she willingly goes to the altar to sacrifice herself for the sake of the village but is instead saved by Mont Blanc Noland. Kalgara fought him and was struck in the chest. Noland goes on to explain that there is no need for a human sacrifice. He proved his point and cured the entire village of the curse. And thus, Kalgara gained a new friend.
Monkey D. Dragon (One Piece)
If you have watched One Piece, you very well might know the great Monkey D. Dragon. Born on October 5, he is the most wanted criminal or, as they dub it as “World’s Worst Criminal”. He is the father of Monkey D. Luffy. Monkey D. Dragon absolutely hates World Government, and thus he is the Supreme Commander of the Revolutionary Army. Talk about father of the year. He left Luffy in the care of his father, Monkey D. Garp. Throughout the anime, we can see that Dragon keeps checking on his son and is also supportive of him becoming a pirate. He has also saved Luffy from being executed.
Nejire Hado (My Hero Academia)
Don’t take this beautiful girl lightly. Her quirk can literally take on most of the pro heroes. Nejire Hado was born on October 6. She is part of the Big Three at the U. A. High School. The other two members of the Big Three are Mirio Toga and Tamaki Amajiki. Nejire’s quirk is wave motion. She can convert her own stamina into energy. She then later releases it in the form of a powerful spiral wave that is strong enough to knock out any villain and even helps her fly. Since Nejire uses her own stamina, she will suffer from exhaustion and even a bit of fatigue if she goes overboard.
Arthur Boyle (Fire Force)
Arthur Boyle was born on October 7. He was one of the main characters of the Fire Force series. He was skilled in his Pyrokinetic abilities as he was the third generation pyrokinetic. In fact, he has so much confidence in his abilities that he can sometimes come out as arrogant or straight-up cocky. His father and mother abandoned him as a child, and so he joined the Special Fire Force Training Academy. He has grown quite well in the academy, along with Ogun and Shinra.

Maximillion J. Pegasus (Yu-Gi-Oh!)
Maximillion J. Pegasus was born on October 8. He is the president of Industrial Illusions and also the creator of the Duel Monsters game. Moreover, he owns cards that are not even available to the public. His original dream was to become an artist. However, after the death of his beloved Cecelia, who he met at a party in Las Vegas, he became increasingly obsessed with Egypt in hopes of reviving her. There he met Shadi, ghost guardian of the Millennium Items. Even after Shadi’s warning, Pegasus followed him to an underground temple where he was put to Millennium Eye’s test. He saw Cecelia for a moment and hugged her before coming back to reality. After that, he decided to create a card game based on duels fought in ancient times.
Naruto
Those who haven’t watched Naruto, I have but one thing to say, GO WATCH IT! He made it to this list of October anime birthdays because he is a legend. He was born on October 10. His parents died protecting him from The Nine-Tailed Beast “Kurama”. His childhood is pretty sad. Everybody in the village was afraid of him and hated him. Naruto spent most of his time alone or with his trusty two friends Shikamaru and Choji. He used to create problems and get in trouble just to get attention from anyone. He finally becomes a ninja and is put in team 7 along with Sakura and Sasuke. Kakashi is the leader of the team. Together, team 7 has overcome many adversities. And well, we know what happens next but for those who don’t, read the very first line.
Euphemia li Britannia (Code Geass)
Euphemia li Britannia or as we might know her as White Queen, was born on October 11. She was one of the major characters of the show. She is the third princess of the Britannian Imperial Family. From the very start, she was against resolving matters by combat but was capable of piloting Knightmare Frame, basically a war machine. Euphemia was first introduced in episode five of the anime, where she was shown jumping off the window, which was several stories high, and landing in the arms of Suzaku Kururugi. She was later taken hostage by the Japan Liberation Front and somehow managed to escape. Upon the concerns regarding her safety by her older sister Cornelia, she appoints Suzaku as her knight.
Kenichi Shirahama (History’s Strongest Disciple Kenichi)
Kenichi Shirahama was born on October 12. He is the main protagonist of the anime History’s Strongest Disciple Kenichi. He is learning martial arts from six masters of Ryozanpaku to get stronger and gain the strength and courage to protect people and values that he holds close to him. Kenichi first encountered Miu when he saw her getting harassed by some thugs. He tries to save her but gets overpowered by the leader. Miu took all of the three thugs down on her own. Kenichi was impressed by her. She thanks him for helping her and invites him to join Ryozanpaku. At first, he is terrified by the masters and flees the Dojo but then returns to get stronger and protect people.

Setsuna Tokage (My Hero Academia)
Setsuna Tokage was born on October 13. She is a student of class 1-B at U.A. High School. Just like most of the students at the school, she got in through recommendation. Setsuna is chatty, confident, and extremely provocative (just like Bakugo). This exact nature of hers is one of the reasons why she does not have any hatred for class 1-A. She first appeared in season 2 of the anime. But people mostly remember her for season 5, where she was up against Bakugo’s team. Setsuna’s quirk is called Lizard Tail Splitter. She can detach parts of her body and control them freely in mid-air.
Erwin Smith (Attack On Titan)
We all know who this guy is and what he is capable of, and thus he had to be on this list of October anime birthdays. Presenting Erwin Smith, commander of the Scout Regiment. He was born on October 14. He is intelligent and thus is respected. The guy was worthy of his title and could have achieved more if only faith had something else for him in store. Let’s not dwell more on that. As a child, Erwin was very much intrigued by the outside world. He always thought about what the world beyond the wall would look like. His father had an “accident” and died at the hands of the Military Police Regiment. Later, he joined the cadets in hopes of climbing the ranks and proving his father’s theory was right.
Hiro (Darling In The Franxx)
Hiro was born on October 15. He was the main protagonist of the anime Darling in the Franxx. He was given the codename ‘016’ but no name. While he was in the garden, he named himself and also gave names to many of his friends. As a child, Hiro was one of the most capable parasites of his batch and thus earning a high ranking number of 016. But soon, that would change. After he was subjected to a procedure to erase his memory, he was not always a smiling and cheerful guy anymore. Hiro would perform badly on tests and was not able to connect with his partner Naomi in the Franxx. He was to leave the facility and return to the garden, enter Zero Two.
Robert E. O. Speedwagon (JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure)
Robert E. O. Speedwagon has made it to the list of October anime birthdays, with his birthday falling on October 16. All the JoJo fans remember this guy for helping Jonathan Joestar in the battle against Dio Brando. This all began when Dio poisoned Jonathan’s father, George Joestar. JoJo was out on the street looking for a cure when he encountered Speedwagon and his thugs. He easily defeats them, but then more thugs appear. Upon seeing the power and will of JoJo, he commands his thugs to back off and instead helps him. While they were fighting Dio, he fought all the others while JoJo fought with Dio. Speedwagon has helped all the generations of the Joestar family right to the fourth and fifth generations of the family. He has never wavered and helped till the very end.

Rades Spirito (Black Clover)
Rades was born on October 17. He is a former member of the Purple Orca Magic Knight squad of Clover Kingdom. Currently, he is a rogue mage who left Eye of the Midnight Sun. Rades entered the Magic Knights Entrance Exam after he received a grimoire. He gets drafted into the Purple Orca squad but is soon banished from the kingdom for using Soul Corpse Magic. Rades then went on to join Eye of the Midnight Sun, a group with an aim to destroy the Clover Kingdom. This group consists of all the rogue mages who were also at some point banished from the kingdom for their methods and practices.
Asuma Sarutobi (Naruto)
Who does not remember the great Asuma? He was born on October 18 and is worth putting on this list of October anime birthdays. He was the son of the third Hokage, Hiruzen Sarutobi. Asuma was a jonin and the leader of team 10. He also happens to be the former member of the Twelve Guardian Ninja of the Hidden Leaf. During his time in the academy, he was placed on a team with Kurenai Yuhi and Raido Namiashi. Asuma and other of the Genin and Chunin were not allowed to part take in the battle against the Nine-Tailed Beast. A few years after the event transpired, he became a Jonin. As a jonin he was assigned team 10 which consisted of Shikamaru Nara, Ino Yamanaka and Choji Akimichi.
Shisui Uchiha (Naruto)
Yes, I know there have already been 3 Naruto characters in this list of October anime birthdays, but if I did not include this name, the whole fandom would legit get mad. So, Shisui Uchiha was born on October 19. He is also called Shisui of the Body Flicker, which basically means that he could use teleportation Jutsu. He was one of the strongest Uchihas and was directly compared to the likes of Itachi Uchiha. Shisui awakened his Mangekyo Sharingan after witnessing the death of his best friend on a mission. A few years later, he met Itachi. The two formed a brother-like bond. The reason why most nations fear him is his visual prowess of the Mangekyo Sharingan. He could use it to teleport anywhere instantly and finish anyone in an instant.
Kiyotaka Ayanokoji (Classroom Of The Elite)
Kiyotaka Ayanokoji was born on October 20. He is the main protagonist of the psychological school drama anime Classroom Of The Elite. Currently, he is a second-year student at Advanced Nurturing High School. In the entrance exam test, he scored 50 points out of 100 in each of the subjects, which led him to be placed in D-class. The main reason behind his applying for Advanced Nurturing High School is that he wanted to be free, free from all those worthless classes, and free of choosing his own friends. The whole anime revolves around his struggle in this school and all the plots and politics that followed. Hence, he made it to this list of October anime birthdays.
Ranpo Edogawa (Bungo Stray Dogs)
Ranpo Edogawa is part of this October anime birthday list. He was born on 21 October. He is one of the best detectives in the anime that is always reached out to by the police. Ranpo is also a member of the Armed Detective Agency. His comrades and people all around him know him as the “Greatest Detective in the World”. The reason behind his genius is that his father was a legendary detective, and his mother was also an intelligent woman. After his parents died, he moved to Yokohama. He attended the police academy there but was soon kicked out over an argument with the warden. He worked a few other jobs, too, but his sense of justice and exceptional detective skills letting him not be fired.

Minako Aino/Sailor Venus (Sailor Moon)
Sailor Venus was born on October 22. She is one of the Sailor Guardians of the Solar System. She is currently 16 years of age in the anime Sailor Stars and originally lived in London. Minako moved to Japan to fight Dark Kingdom as Sailor V. It was very late in the Sailor Moon series that she was able to transform into her true Sailor Senshi form called Sailor Venus. For those who don’t know, Sailor V was her decoy form of the Sailor Senshi. She never truly transformed into her Sailor Senshi form while she was in Sailor V.
Toge Inumaki (Jujutsu Kaisen)
Jujutsu Kaisen has gained much fame with only its first season. Within that one season, they introduced some really great characters like Toge Inumaki. He is a Jujutsu Sorcerer born on October 23. He inherited one of the rare and very powerful cursed techniques of Cursed Speech. Inumaki is a second-year student at Tokyo Jujutsu High. Due to his curse technique being directly involved with his speech, he cannot communicate with direct words so he uses substitutes for them. His cursed technique is so powerful that it can very much harm the enemy but also put a lot of strain on him too.
Sosuke Sugaya (Assassination Classroom)
Sosuke Sugaya was born on October 25 and is worthy of being on the October anime birthdays list. He is one of the students in class 3-E at Kunugigaoka Junior High School. Class 3-E is basically a class for failures and delinquents. However, circumstances changes when a very powerful alien threatens to destroy the whole planet Earth. He gives them a condition that if someone from class 3-E was able to assassinate him in a year, only then the destruction of Earth could be stopped. So he began to teach them methods of assassination along with general studies. Sosuke Sugaya was demoted to this class because he used to spend the most time in his artistic endeavors rather than in studies.
Dawn (Pokemon)
Dawn was born on October 27. She is a Pokemon Coordinator in the anime. She traveled through the Sinnoh region with the original Pokemon team, replacing Misty. Dawn aims to be the best Pokemon Coordinator just like her mother. On the journey with the boys, she learned a lot about being a Pokemon Trainer. Piplup was her first-ever Pokemon. He is her best friend, and just like Pikachu, he does not wishes to evolve either.

The baritone saxophone is her primary instrument, and she serves as the school band’s president. Along with that, she is also the section leader for the saxophone. Haruka has a very friendly personality despite being the person with power. She is quite mature, and that shows in her judgment as a leader who is diligent and responsible. Despite all of this, she can sometimes act a bit timid. However, she shows commitment and responsibility towards her role as band president and fulfills the duties with the utmost respect.
Krillin (Dragon Ball)
No anime list is complete without mentioning Dragon Ball. It is the pinnacle of anime. One such character from the franchise is Krillin. He was born on October 29. He is one of the supporting characters in all of the Dragon Ball franchises. At the start of the anime, he and Goku had a bit of a rivalry going, but soon they became best of friends. They both trained under Master Roshi. Krilin is regarded as one of the most powerful martial artists on Earth. I know some of you might laugh but remember that the guy married one of the hottest girls (android in this case) despite being bald and short. Laugh all you want that guy is an inspiration for me. Jokes aside, after the events of the Cell Saga, he retired from fighting and settled down with Android 18 and had a daughter named Marron.
Fumikage Tokoyami (My Hero Academia)
Fumikage Tokokyami was born on October 30. He is one of the students of Class 1-A at U.A. High School. His quirk Dark Shadow is exactly what it sounds like. He can control the Dark Shadow and unleash hell upon the villains. He is one the most powerful member of class 1-A who can easily surpass and sometimes equal to the likes of Shoto Todoroki and Izuku Midoriya. Tokoyami’s head is that of a blackbird, and his quirk is Dark Shadow, so he dubbed his hero name to be Jet-Black Hero. One drawback of his quirk is that if he unleashes it in a very dark place with no light, the Dark Shadow would go berserk and would not even listen to Tokoyami. In one such incident, he was able to easily overpower a top-ranking villain like Moonfish but was never in control of it.
L Lawliet (Death Note)
Next on the list of October anime birthdays is L Lawliet, born on October 31. He was only 8 when Watari first found him and took him to the orphanage known as Wammy’s House. This orphanage was home for gifted children. Sometime later, Watari concluded that L had exceptional deduction skills and used him to solve many cases. He became a detective at a young and gained a widespread reputation as the greatest detective in the world. His opinion was highly valued and was unmatched. Soon L came to know about the series of death by a heart attack that was taking place in Japan. He soon came to the conclusion that the mass murder who called himself Kira is none other than Light Yagami. Shortly after, he aided the police in the investigation. And many of us know how this ends, so let’s just leave it at that.
