The woman has claimed that her ex-boyfriend, Hardy, had left behind a recording device in her room earlier because he wanted to know details about what was going on in her whereabouts even though she hadn’t told him about them. The police authorities have further stated that they later found evidence of secret recordings, which were made over ten days in February.

The young artist gained major fame after bagging the winning title in American Idol back in 2019. The history was extra special as it marked the end of a journey in the singing competition for the Livingston, Louisiana, native, as he had previously competed in 2018 but could not go past the Top 50 round.
Laine Hardy earlier recalled how he had no intention of giving Idol another try in 2019 but was later persuaded to sing for the judges again when he accompanied his friend, Ashton Gill, on guitar during her audition. While his friend Ashton Gill didn’t make it to Hollywood, Hardy managed to get his golden ticket which eventually led to victory.
