The Summer I Turned Pretty Season 2 renewal status has been confirmed, and Amazon Prime is hinting about its release date way too hard right now. The series throws light on a teenage romantic comedy series where we see a young teenager named Belly in the lead. She has been in love with Conrad since day one when they and their moms have been hanging out together and vacationing at their beach house.

This time, for summer, Belly, her mom Laurel and her brother Steven reunite with the Fishers. There are a few things different this summer, such as the fact that Belly has hit puberty, and her whole body has changed. She is out of braces and has grown into a beautiful woman. This glow-up has not gone unnoticed by the two Fisher brothers, that are, Jeremiah and Conrad.

Conrad is a very reserved person who is dealing with issues of his own. As for Jeremiah, he is outspoken and an extrovert and makes no hesitation in chasing Belly romantically. They even start dating for a bit, but it soon comes crashing down because Belly still has to feel for Conrad and Conrad alone.

A piece of grave news also hits the fan who finds out that Susannah might be dying. Conrad knew about it, but they refrained from telling the news to Jeremiah because he’s way more emotionally bound to their mother.

The Summer I Turned Pretty Season 2 Recap

Throughout the season, we witness the various characters of these two families develop in their storylines and find peace and stability. Obviously, the main focus of the entire thing is on Belly, who has so much teen confusion in her, and her feelings flow naturally. Till now, we have not seen any major action between her and Conrad, even though it is obvious that the two feel for each other.
