Guy Theodore Sebastian is an Australian singer and songwriter. He hit success after becoming the winner of the first Australian Idol in 2003.
Early and Personal Life:
Sebastian was born on 26th October 1981 in Selangor, Malaysia. Sebastian was born to Ivan and Nellie. He has 3 brothers, namely Ollie, Chris, and Jeremy. They were initially settled in India but later on moved to Australia when he was six years old. Since childhood, he used to take violin and guitar lessons. He was also a worship singer at the Paradise Community Church. Sebastian attended the University of South Australia learning Medical Radiation but quit to pursue a career in music. He used to teach vocals at Temple Christian College as he was studying Music Technology at the University of Adelaide’s Elder School of Music.
Guy Sebastian got married to Jules Egan in Sydney. They met while they were auditioning for Australian Idol. They have been married for seventeen years and have two sons together, Hudson and Archer. In 2013, along with his wife, he found The Sebastian Foundation where they helped families facing problems such as illness, domestic violence, and much more. Recently, he released a new single titled ‘Standing With You’ which has been accepted very well by the audience.
