Reka is worried about why Satoka is doing this to her, and she realizes that Satoka told her that Oyashro’s curse causes her nightmares. Reka asks Satoka to explain. Satoko reveals that she has received a revelation from Oyashiro, and he told her that Reka is no longer fit to be his priestess. Satoko left the room and returned with a hoe showing that she is appointed as Oyashiro’s new priestess.

Reka tells Satoko that Oyashiro is just a hallucination. Sakota performs the offertory dance to prove that everything is real. Satoko uses that hoe to chop off all of Reka’s internal organs and say that it is her punishment. Reka asks her why she did nothing wrong, and she does not deserve to be treated like this. Satoko reveals that Reka has violated one of Oyashiro’s precepts and disobey his rules.

Reka asks when did she do that, and Satoko reveals that for a long, long time. Satoko said that Reka has sinfully wished to abandon Hinamizawa and try to get away. Even when Reka performs his sacred offertory dance, she tried to escape. Satoko comments that she cannot think of a more shameful act Oyashiro’s priestess could commit. Reka confesses that it is true and for the hundreds and hundreds of times she looped through 1983.

Reka reveals all the incident that has happened that almost cause her to leave Hinamizawa. She also recalls how Jirou and other students died multiples times and got revived in a new life form. Reka said that she was just trapped like a bird in a cage. Her only wish was to fly away and leave Hinamiza because she was tired of witnessing death and losing the loved one. Satoko gets up and picks up the hoe.

Watangashi Ritual:

Satoko reveals that the only way to cleanse Reka’s sin is by performing the watangashi ritual. Sakota apologized and started crying while saying that she will cleanse Reka’s sins before offering Oyashiro her entrails. Satoko continues to chop Reka with that ritual hoe, and she plowed her just like a field. She asks Reka why she has dreams that make Oyashiro angry. Satoko reveals that if Reka’s heart had stayed in Hinamizawa, Oyashiro’s curse would have never befallen her.

Satoko reveals how she finds everyone in the club and started to sacrifice them one by one. Reka comments that this world was the last of her before it even began. Satoko replies that it is because Reka is Oyashiro’s reborn. Reka kept quiet like a dead person, and Satoko soaks her organs. Reka started to screaming like a person who has just come back to life. Satoko asks why Reka violated Oyashiro’s precepts, and because of her, she spills so much blood.

Satoko reveals all people she has killed because of Reka not obeying Oyashiro’s rules. She asks Reka if she did not enjoy spending time with Keichi, Mion, Shion, and her other precious friends. Reka died after all of the internal organs were pulled out of her body. After a few days, she waked up being reborn in her young body and met with Satoko and others. They enjoy swimming and playing volleyball, but Reka wanted to talk with Satoko about something.
