A recurring problem for local company owners like her dad, whose entire government depends on energy, is the city’s sudden power outage. They had no idea that an enigmatic figure had been stealing power from the municipal grid. Others are using the darkness to loot people, which worsens their issues.

After downloading some incomplete designs from the internet, Lunella thought that if she could decipher them, the power problems would be resolved. The designs, according to Lunella, were a holdover from a top-secret space project that was later abandoned and eventually disappeared.
Like Batman, Lunella has a hidden underground lab set up in her room where she conducts her brilliant experiments. An enormous red dinosaur is introduced into Lunella’s world by the secret generating machine, which reveals to be a gateway generator.
It turned out that the dinosaur was helpful and even prevented Lunella’s friend from being crushed by the falling debris. Lunella hid the dinosaur in her covert laboratory, which she had fortified with a fission generator, immunity to electromagnetic interference, and other devices.
Every trip consumes roughly half of the power that Lunella mistakenly believed to be a power generator, which is a rip in the fabric of space and time. Lunella has a wonderful idea, and he chooses to become a superhero with his new pal, dino.
She could ultimately take on the criminal known as “Aftershock,” who stole the city’s power, thanks to her intellect and Dino’s brawl. Yet after discovering her secret, Lunella is compelled to involve Casey in the superhero scheme.
Together, they started working on the superhero’s look and moniker, ultimately deciding on the character’s handle, “Moon Girl.” In honor of her hero, the space researcher who embarked on the top-secret space expedition, Lunella adopted her given name.
Moon Girl eventually succeeds in training the dinosaur and catching two burglars attempting to sell the stone goods after encountering a few bumps in the road. To isolate Aftershock’s power signature, Lunella builds a multispectral lunar scanner out of trash.
Still, because that process will take a long time, Moon Girl resolves to assist the city’s citizens. Moon Girl locates Aftershock in a deserted subway stop but is unsuccessful. Aftershock also starts working at Lunella’s school as her new scientific instructor, and the two immediately identify one another as their adversaries.
Because she needs electricity daily to maintain her special talents, Aftershock has already been taking the city’s power. She also promises to harm Moon Girl’s family and pet demon dinosaur if she doesn’t hang her cape. To save the Devil, Dino, his family, and friends, Moon Girl resolves to give up being a superhero.
After hearing her nana’s lecture, Lunella even mails Devil back and resolves to try again. Moon Girl dons her superhero attire and prepares to reveal Ms. Dilon, her science instructor, as Aftershock. They start to fight again, but just as Moon Girl is going to be electrocuted by Aftershock, the Devil Dinosaur steps in to save her.
Moon Girl chooses to ground Aftershock because she was created with electricity by striking her with a metal rod attached to a wire that went to a grid below the ground.
