It was the time of graduation. Both Yuuki and Natsuha successfully pass their exams. Yuuki started working part-time because he wanted to be able to live alone. Meanwhile, Natsuha decided to leave home as it was her dream to study at a university in Tokyo.
Yuuki, Nao, and Natsuha go to the airport to drop off Sousuke since he has decided to study abroad. As a parting gift, Nao gives her manga to Sousuke. Even though it wasn’t completed, she still decided to give it to him because she wanted him to take a part of her with him. This brings him to tears, and both of them share a hug as they say their goodbyes.
Since it was the last time they were going to wear their uniforms, Yuuki asked Natsuha on a date to finish the day. They go out on a walk on the same path they took to school. Natsuha expected it to be someplace romantic, but Yuuki told her that there could be nothing more romantic than this because they had walked that path for 12 years.
They continue walking and talk about how things would be if they got into college. All of a sudden, Yuuki asks Natsuha to give him her hand. Not knowing what’s going on, she does so. Yuuki puts a ring on her finger and congratulates her on passing her exams.
He tells her that if she still loves him after 4 years of college, he hopes to marry her. She immediately hugs him and tells him that she will. She promises to cherish all the blissful moments together because the two of them will always continue to be together with each other.
