Brahmastra Ending Explained
By the end of the film, we see that Junoon, the Queen of Dark Forces, has managed to assemble the entire Brahmastra. Although, she dies right after. It is understood that the character could only live up to the point where she fulfills the Destiny of her life. This was exactly it and, thus, resulted in her death. As soon as the pieces of Brahmastra are assembled, the entire universe shakes up. A strong beam of energy appearing to be light falls from the sky to the ground. After this, the Earth starts shaking. This field of force is being created by the now assembled Brahmastra, which needs to be controlled.
We see that Shiva runs toward Isha in order to protect her from all these natural calamities happening around them. As soon as he takes Isha under her protection, he uses the power of Agnayastra in order to divide the forces of Brahmastra as soon as it touches his back. Given the fact that he is basically the master of fire, the element cannot harm him. Also, he will always need Isha by his side. The power of her love gives Shiva the strength to tolerate and navigate his powers. Together, they are able to tame the field of force created by the Astra, and the destruction stops immediately.
Although, the end has us with another villain who knows that Junoon is dead. Dev, the father of Shiva, who was held captive, is now released. He is also seeking the power of Brahmastra and has now become the main villain of the story. He was worshipped by Junoon, and before she died, she freed him from his prison. Given the fact that Dev has a mad ambition upon his head. After acquiring the Brahmastra, he wants to become the Brahmadev.
