Plot Of The Show
In the trailer, we see a mother and daughter going to different hotels every night and living there for a night instead of at their home. The trailer shows that the daughter can now start understanding that her mother is doing something weird in the hotel. The mother’s ideology about home is that they are just like a prison but small. She thinks she will get trapped if she starts living in a house like others.
Next, we see that they are in a luxurious hotel hallway where both of them are walking, and different room service workers, bellhops, and other things are around them and are escorting them. They don’t have a real home but find a home within themselves. The daughter always wants to be free from her mother one day. She says she has a blind belief in her mother, but after seeing these things, her trust is becoming less, and their relationship is changing with some tension between them in the house.
The mother has begun to display some risky behaviors and is especially adept at handling guns and sharp things. Despite the mother’s possible release of her child, the child appears unwilling to leave. There are many questions and statements inside the daughter’s head, but she can’t speak or ask all that of her mother in public. We see some party visuals where the party is about to end, and the mother is now smoking a cigarette, and at the same time, her daughter comes there and removes her wig to reveal a secret.
The mother is now ready to explain everything to her daughter everything. And she says that they are running from a person, and all these hotel changes are to protect them from something dangerous that might happen to them. They are also running from something and trying to leave a tough conditions. The various visual montage sequences only fuel viewers’ interest in what the two are escaping and whether the peril they face is genuine or a figment of her imagination intended to take control over her child.
The mother advises her daughter about this world and how the people of this world are. She gives some meaningful advice on how they dominate weakness and how difficult it is if a woman tries to make a life on her own. As if she could keep her daughter close by and would lie, scream, shout, and do whatever to maintain that situation, the mother appears to be an enigmatic person radiating dark energy.
