The rumored Call of Duty: Modern Warfare battle royale mode is coming sooner than expected, according to leaks. There were many rumors about the Battle Royal mode been in the game after the few months of its release. Many people reported about, and the rumors grew even strong as time passed by. Now, a report suggests that the Call of Duty Warzone mode will be a free mode that will be available in March if 2020. Furthermore, the reports suggest that it will be released as a standalone game on top of it.

This was reported by VGC, which includes many more details on Warzone mode. These details were apparently leaked by development sources. But, keep this in mind that nothing has been confirmed by the developers and don’t consider it to be 100% accurate. The reports claim that Call of Duty Warzone an upcoming mode which will be available to the players in a few weeks. They also speculated that it will be releasing on 10 March because the game’s update released on Tuesday.

This is said to be a free expansion for the game which would sense as it will be an amazing mid-season content release for Season 2. But, it was reported too that Warzone will be a standalone battle royale title. If this is really true then anyone would be able to play it without in need of buying Modern Warfare itself. But this isn’t the first time these kinds of reports have surfaced as it was reported six months ago which was an unconfirmed leak.

Call of Duty Warzone will be a free mode and will be releasing in early 2020. Also, it will be downloadable as a separate game that will be connected to the main game. This move will be pretty good as two of the most popular battle royal games are free-for-play like Fortnite and Apex Legends. The game mode will be available even to those players that don’t have the main game which in short make it more accessible to more audience. There is news that marketing for the mode will be happening very soon.
