Alice in Borderland Season 2 Episode 1 release date is quite soon. The series throws light on a Japanese drama series. The main genre is science and fiction and it is much like the escape room movies from the 2000s that we loved and grew up watching.
The story, which is adapted from the show, is based on a manga of the same name. The main plot of the first season was enough to thrill the fans enough that they are longing for a brand new season.
Obviously, Netflix chimed in to deliver us just that. I mean, they could have made the manga into an anime as well but to be honest, this live-action version works way better than that. We can obviously sense the passion in each character’s eye which is more relatable than seeing an anime series. The place is right in the middle of a busy street in Tokyo. While trying to escape the police, the three stuff themselves up in a bathroom stall but little did they know that their entire lives were going to change after this.

Soon, it becomes a huge clear that there is literally no one around them and the busy street is just empty now. What would you do if you woke up one day and it was just you and your hunch of friends in this world? Honestly, I would parade the grocery store and eat a lot and chill a lot and bring home a lot of clothes and watch movies effortlessly.
Coming back to the show, in the first series, the rules of the game were pretty much made clear to them all. Many could say that this series holds the same amount of thrill that was brought to us by another Asian thriller series on Netflix called Squid Games. It all starts when the kids are given tasks to complete in this game at any cost. These are very dangerous games that could eventually kill them. Even if one move is wrong.
The difficulty level of these games and the tasks are decided by the playing cards which are given to each one of them. Now, there is a concept of a visa as well. Turns out that the players also receive visas which determine their stay in this game land. And oh no, they can not go back to the real world after this visa has expired. Instead, in the most brutal way possible as we might have already imagined, the people are killed by red lasers that are shot from the sky. Brutal!

Alice in Borderland Season 2 Episode 1 release date is on the 22nd of December 2022 on Netflix. Work on the second installment of the series began as early as January of this year. It was when the writer dropped off the second volume of the manga series on which this show is based. Also, this was the final volume of the manga. At this point in time, it is not known if Netflix will also make this installment the last one of the few for the fans to watch.
