Cabinet of Curiosities’ release date is up the racks, and fans are pretty excited for the same. It is an anthology tv series coming to Netflix very soon. The show will follow the lead in a horror story. Guillermo Del Toro created the drama. The plot has been taken from a short story of the same name by the creator himself. In this show, horror genre fans can expect eight different stories, divided within each episode.
Guillermo Del Toro has won an Oscar for his creative filmmaking processes and thus makes Cabinet of Secrets an even more exciting release from the director. These stories, as described by Netflix, are both horrifying yet sophisticated at the same time. Along the way, Guillermo has revealed that each episode will have an introduction from the start.
There are various cast members, although each episode will be made with different characters who will play a role in various settings. As expected, the Cabinet of Curiosities will be made of eight episodes. Episodes will release in the span of four days. It was in 2018 that Netflix officially announced the project to be made. Two of the episodes are solely made by Guillermo. In the other six episodes, other filmmakers have tried their creativity based on the plot of Guillermo’s stories.

Cabinet of Curiosities’ release date on Netflix is set for the 25th of October 2022. The show will drop out two episodes every day, with the show getting wrapped up by the 28th of October 2022. We have been witnessing Netflix try out this new format of release a couple of times now. Previously, with Stranger Things season 4, we saw its second part being released a whole month after. The same happened with Money Heist season 5.
The release of the show will make up the Netflix and chill Halloween event this coming October in 2022. While talking about the forthcoming project, Guillermo revealed how he wants to establish, among the watchers, a reality that exists outside of the normal world that we live in. The plot will throw light on all the curious things that happen. The show will not just have a horror genre throughout. It will be paired up with various other elements such as science and fiction as well as supernatural beings. The creator says that each of these episodes will explore the stories that exist inside our own worlds.

A first look is also released, which gives us an insight into how Cabinet of Curiosities might shape up. The video begins with a lot of mystical creatures and blood and screams, just as we expect any horror show to. Then Guillermo Del Toro himself appears on the screen as he sits on a desk full of drawings of mystical creatures. The creator talks about how he has always wanted to make the show. He talks about how each show will have different stories, some of them will be savory, and some will be sweet. Each of the eight entries will be a delight. The screen also changes to other scenes, possibly from the vast episodes that we will be seeing with the release.
