In The Other World’s Wizard Does Not Chant Chapter 28, Willards is now in the Elf’s nation, and Willard is tasked with finding a cure to the unusual disease that happens to high Elves that is being not able to circulate mana.
Yard Willards being the genius and the overpowered character he is, easily makes a cure for this by inserting an artificial mana core into the hearts of high Elves, enabling them to circulate mana and use magic again. Also, we got to hear some cool facts, Mana cores are made from magic stones, and when it’s used as a catalyst to enable spirit magic, a lot of time is required.
To fix this issue, high-quality magic stones are used, but they also have the problem of being too expensive, and our main character can easily make them?! With the artificial high-quality magic stone, Willards conducts his treatment of mana veins on the High Elf with white hair that came to him first.
After doing a physical examination, the mana core was created, and we got to see the magic involved in it as well! The first magic used is core creation, Imbue mana, and then finally, a 5th class Special material creation type spell to manifest the core.
The treatment was successful in curing the High Elven’s mana vein disability, and with the added power of spirits within the mana core, the high Elf was even able to communicate with the nature spirits of the forest as a bonus.
