This weak’s episode is entitled The Hidden Village for Half Demons. Setsuna set of with Towa riding the Cat Demon Kirara. Towa is wondering why Setsuna is in a rush, and she asks her. Setsuna told her to just keep quiet; she will see when they reach their destination. Towa keeps in questions Setsuna about the mountains and why they are going so deep. Setsuna reveals that this is the forest that got burned when they were young.
It is where the two got separated. Towa apologizes that she couldn’t recognize the forest that burned when they were four years old. Setsuna told her that is it fine, but she grew up with Miss Shiori and other kids. She showed Towa a hidden that Miss Shiori created for half-demons. Setsuna was taken by two-headed dragon A-Un with Sesshomaru’s vassal Jaken. Jaken sends Setsuna near the hidden village. He left her there, telling her to live, and Setsuna tried to enter the village, but the barrier won’t allow her. The kids who saw her told her to go back since humans aren’t allowed. The twins jump outside after noticing that Setsuna is not answering them.
They ask Setsuna if she’s a half-demon, and the half-demon village head, Shiori, arrives. Shiori asks them what is going on, and she saw Setsuna. Shiori asks Setsuna she is okay, and Setsuna gave her a letter that is written that takes care of her. She invited Setsuna to a hidden village inhabited by half-demon children. Shiori is a half-demon from the Demon Bat Tribe with powers to create barriers. She uses her barriers to protect the peace of the village.
Scourge of Swallows
The twins told Setsuna that they’re half-demon Futa and Raita. Futa asks Setsuna what happened to her parents, and Setsuna said she doesn’t know. Futa reveals that humans killed her parents, and Raita said demons killed his parents. Setsuna got used to the life of the village without knowing what has happened to her parents. They went out to collect food during the day, but at night they hide, and Setsuna didn’t mind that.
She never asks why they keep on hiding. Shiori taught Setsuna reading and writing and also how to protect herself. Setsuna learned to use her sword, but one day she finds out why they have to keep on hiding and why barriers protect the village. That day she witnessed demons trying to break the barrier. Some demons give up, but some of them keep on coming every day, trying to break the barrier. Even humans tried, but they failed.
The tough demons were a threat to the barrier, and Setsuna, Futaro, and Raita combine their attacks and defeat the demons. That is the day Setsuna showed the power of Scourge of Swallows. The trio worked together every day in taking down the threats that attempt to destroy the hidden village. But Shiori was sad about something since she wishes the world would be something different. Setsuna spent six years living inside the hidden village.
Demon Slayer
After six years, Shiori received a letter stating that Setsuna has to return to the village she was born. Setsuna didn’t like to go back since she liked everyone in the hidden village. Shiori told Setsuna that-demons can live among humans with no problems. Shiori manages to convince Setsuna, and she left the hidden village. She ended up in a village where Priestess Kaeda live. When she is theStsuna gets angry when the bandits arrive at the village.
She defeated them and wanted to kill them, but Kaeda told Setsuna that they could not solve the problem by using violence. Setsuna uses Scourges of Swallows and cuts the hairs of the bandits. They run away with cheese kop going to report to their boss. Setsuna told Kaeda if they don’t kill the enemies, they will come back for revenge. Setsuna left the village and head to the hidden village where she lived a peaceful life again.
But a demon named Gaga Gozen was waiting for the day Shiori loses her power, and they will break the barrier. That day arrived, and Goga Gozen attacks the hidden village with his army. He started to dominate the half-demons, but Setsuna’s demons’ instincts got awaken. She kills Goga Gozen by cutting him in half using her claws.
Setsuna started rampaging due to her demon instincts. Murou shows up and puts seductive that put Setsuna to sleep. In the morning, the person ritual where they release Setsuna demons powers and put it inside the sword that she uses. Back to the present, two demons appear, and she slays them using that Sword she got from the hidden village. They die realizing Setsuna is not a week girl she is a demon slayer.
