Pokemon Go Egg Changes: No more Pidgey and Rattata Eggs


Hello trainers. Once again Niantic has surprised us with more major changes to Pokemon Go game play. Earlier today, many trainers noticed that Eevee’s egg distance was reduced to 5km, previously 10 km was required to hatch Eevee. Now, Niantic has revealed further changes to eggs and spawns!

Were you tired of hatching pidgeys and rattatas from 2km eggs? Well fear no more because Niantic has now declared that pidgey and rattata will no longer be candidates as Pokemon hatched from eggs. This is amazing news since pidgey and rattata held the highest percentage of hatch rate for the 2km egg section.
